I’m Jerrica, a therapist supporting highly sensitive women, mothers, and birthing people through pregnancy, postpartum, birth trauma, and life transitions. My work is trauma-informed and grounded in helping you feel more connected to yourself and your nervous system. As a mother myself, I understand how intense and transformative this season can be, and I feel deeply honored to support others through it.
